In Hotel Radisson Tapatío Guadalajara we’re always worried about delivering the best attention and service to our clients. That is why from now on you can generate your bill from the comfort of your home, without waiting for it at our facilities.

You just have to follow 4 simple steps:

1. Visit our website www.hotel-tapatio.com and choose the option Electronic Billing and click on: Generate Your Bill.
2. Add your RFC, number of operation and amount.
3. Add or, if you need to, change your tax data.
4. Send your invoice via e-mail or download it in PDF.

Note:

• You can get your bill instantly.
• One single bill per ticket is generated.
• You have 7 natural days, from the day of your consumption, to generate your bill.
• Tips are non-billable.

Dear client, our system works better with Chrome. If you have any inconvenient, please do the following

procedure to enable the Adobe Flash Player Add-on.

2. In the window shown please select the option:

For Mozilla Firefox:

1. Enter the Add-Ons menu.
2. Enter the plugin section to update Showave Flash and put in ask to enable. Leave the always active option.

NOTE: Please consider to have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed in your equipment to be able to make both processes.
